1. Dampen skin

2. Massage in

   Massage gently in circles, avoiding the eyes.

3. Rinse

   Rinse with lukewarm water.

4. Protect (AM)

   Use 1–2 times a week, ideally in the evening, and always follow with SPF the next morning.
