1. Wet skin

   Splash the face with lukewarm water. Start with PM use only.

2. Massage in

   Lather gently for 20–30 seconds, focusing on breakout-prone areas. Avoid the eyes.

3. Rinse & pat dry

   Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a white towel (see note below).

4. Protect (AM)

   Follow with moisturiser. In the morning, always finish with SPF.

Benzoyl peroxide can bleach fabric — use a white towel and white pillowcase, and let skin dry fully before dressing. Start at night only; once skin is comfortable you can add a morning wash. It can be drying, so always moisturise and reduce to every other day if needed. Always wear SPF during the day. Patch test first; for external use only and avoid the eyes.

What to expect

Is it suitable for sensitive skin, and will it dry my skin out?

Benzoyl peroxide can be drying, especially at first. If your skin is sensitive, start every other night, keep it on for less time, and always follow with a moisturiser. Reduce frequency if you feel tightness.

Can I use it with other actives like retinol or vitamin C?

Introduce one active at a time. It's best to alternate days with retinol, and use vitamin C in the morning and this wash at night, to avoid irritation.

When will I see results?

Skin usually feels cleaner straight away, with breakouts and congestion looking reduced over a few weeks of consistent use.

Is it suitable for a hot, humid climate?

Yes. It helps control oil and shine, which makes it well suited to hot, humid weather. Always finish with SPF during the day.
